Trained in India as a General Paediatrician and Neonatologist at one of the largest tertiary referral centres in Asia, Dr Bagtharia undertook further paediatric training in the North Thames East rotation, and followed by paediatric cardiology fellowship training in Canada. Dr Bagtharia is on the Specialist Register for neonatology and Paediatrics. He has vast experience in all aspects of paediatric problems, up to the age of sixteen years.

Dr Bagtharia has published widely, including chapters in books and peer reviewed Journals.
