Mr Pitman is a fellowship trained spinal surgeon who works in one of the largest Spinal Surgery departments in the UK. His practice includes the whole range of adult spinal surgery. With particular interests in microscopic and less invasive techniques in spinal surgery particulary in relation to degenerative diesase of the lumbar spine and cervical spine. Mr Pitman offers both a non-operative and operative approach to management of spinal pain.
