Experience
Mr Antony Fitton qualified at the Royal London Hospital in 1989 with distinction in Surgery. In pursuing a career in plastic surgery he trained in centres in London, Cambridge, Merseyside, Wales and New Zealand, and has undertaken research into nerve regeneration, facial anatomy, facial reanimation and burn reconstruction.
Within his broad practice his specialist areas of work are hand surgery, head and neck reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
Mr Fitton is on the specialist register of the GMC. He was appointed to the post of Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust in 2002.
