Experience
Has been a Consultant Neurologist since 1989. Has wide experience in general neurology as an academic and as a practising neurologist. Has special interest and experience in inflammatory CNS diseases including Multiple Sclerosis and Neuro-Behcet's Disease.
Was a visiting associate Professor of Neurology at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Developed the North Midland MS Service at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent.
Research
Research interests are mainly in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuro-Behcet's Disease. Has more than 14 publications in peered-reviewed scientific journals.
