Smart Health starts with knowing exactly where you are health-wise. It’s no good trundling through a fitness programme without knowing where you’re going or what you are trying to achieve. That’s why we’ve introduced a new approach to help you take the best care of your health and wellbeing. So when you start, you’ll get a free Vi1 Health Assessment wirth £80.
This isn’t your usual ‘tour of the machines and sign something to say you won’t blame us if you keel over’. It’s a comprehensive 60 minute health assessment with a qualified Senior Wellbeing Advisor that measures, among other things, your Body Mass Index, aerobic fitness, resting heart rate, height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
You’ll get a comprehensive written report that will help to generate a personalised action plan that’s perfect for you. Another benefit of the Vi1 is that it can also pick up potential health issues, like signs of diabetes, high cholesterol or poor posture.
Premier Wellbeing Programme
If you join on a Wellbeing Premier Programme you'll receive a Vi1 Health Assessment and a report to let you know where you are health-wise. You'll have access to our on-site GP for a referal within 48 hours if required and we also have a team of on-site physiotherapists, physiologists and a nutiritionist at your disposal. There is even the option to retest components of your Vi1 Health Assessment at a later date free of charge.
In addition to this you'll receive a comprehensive fitness induction and personalised exercise programme led by one of our onsite Wellbeing Advisors.
Platinum Wellbeing Progamme
If you join on a Wellbeing Platinum Programme you will receive a Vi1 Health Assessment followed by a comprehensive fitness induction and personalised exercise programme led by one of our onsite Wellbeing Advisors.
After three months you'll also receive a free Vi4 Health Assessment worth £225. This assessment is physiologist led and contains dietary and biomechanical analysis. If you are interested in finding about your health in more detail or have specific concerns then the Platinum Programme provides the ideal all encompassing approach.
In addition you'll have access to a private GP, physiotherapy & nuritionist appointments and health education programmes on an ongoing basis.
