Bristol centre - Flame award winners
The Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre on Queens Road in Clifton has been named the leading health club in the country.
The Centre was one of four finalists in the Club of the Year category (1,000 – 4,000 members) at this year’s national FLAME awards, which reward excellence in the health and fitness industry.
The final decision was based on a range of factors, from the Centre’s cleanliness through to the technical expertise of the staff. The judges praised the Centre’s “exceptional induction process and wellbeing assessment” and the “great team led by an excellent manager”.
The award was presented on June 10th at the awards ceremony at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton.
The Bristol Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, formerly Cannons Health Club, is a brand new type of health club that offers a brilliant new approach to personal health & fitness that will change the way we look after ourselves forever.
Billed as the ‘health clubs of the future’, the Centre offers a holistic and joined up approach to managing health & wellbeing by offering a combination of fitness facilities, health services and highly qualified staff never before seen under one roof within a chain of health clubs.
